We ship our orders worldwide with DHL Express or BXB depending on the country of destination.

We ship the merchandise only after the payment is confirmed.

Once we book the pick up by the delivery service, you will receive an email with the tracking number and direct link to monitor the shipment status.

Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.


Delivery times vary depending on the destination country but now most shipments take 10-28 days to deliver.
You will receive shipping notifications once your order has been shipped.

40% extra tax above your country tariff may apply for: Australia, United States, United Kingdom.

Should you like to cancel your order when the parcel has already been shipped (according to the tracking), we may only issue a refund after the shipment has arrived back to the store. In this case, the shipping fee is not a subject to refund.
